All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Products must be mailed back within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and have any and all free gifts and or packaging returned with product.
- Products must be in the original shipping box product was received in. (Similar shipping box may be used with same dimensions’ and bubble wraps to protect products)
- Sale items, discounted items or any special order items are not returnable.
- We guarantee our merchandise to be used free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise received after 7 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
If you are making an exchange because you would like a different item, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. Credits will be issued, excluding shipping charges.
You must obtain a Return Authorization number before returning any items.
